Holiday Gift Guide {What I'm Giving This Season}
This year, I’m finding that my favorite holiday gift ideas are all centered around creating a sense of serenity, calm, self-care and luxury. I love a beautiful home fragrance, so when I find a favorite scent, I often use a method that gently disperses the fragrance all the time. A couple of my favorite methods to use are Essential Oil Diffusers and Reed Diffuser. These emit small amounts of scent over a wide area and require little to no attention once you set them up.

My other favorite way to enjoy home fragrance? Candles! Crystals
Crystals have long been prized for their unique healing properties - they’re said to help with the flow of good energy and rid your mind and body of negative energy. The other benefit? They are beautiful! If you have loved ones who think crystals are fascinating, a gift box full of a variety of stones, or a single spectacular natural specimen would make a wonderful gift.
Sage
Sage, or salvia, has been used in healing traditions since ancient times. I love to burn sage, also called smudging, as a ritual. It helps refresh the energy in my space and my mind when I’m ready to move forward and leave something old behind.
