2024 Party Rental Trends Are Here
The highly anticipated 2024 party rental trends are finally here! I’m thrilled to unveil the latest and greatest in design inspiration for the coming year, especially as we continue to meet our clients at the height of an era where bespoke events are the ultimate expectation.
Let’s dive into everything to keep in mind when you’re prioritizing rentals for your upcoming parties.
Unconventional Seating
The trend that continues to live on – unexpected seating and seating arrangements. In an effort to go above and beyond, consider the days of cookie-cutter chairs in single-file lines over. Instead, I’m predicting plush armchairs and more elevated, luxe fabrics.
As far as the arrangements, we’re no longer sticking to the standardized layout. Mix up the seating plan with non-traditional (even diagonal!) chair and table configurations in ways that will really draw the eye of your client’s guests and inspire mingling.

Transformative Colorways (the bolder, the better!)
Bold color palettes are nothing new, but I’m particularly looking towards a surge in the way of patterns and out-of-the-box pairings. Up until recently, the unspoken rule was that designers should utilize one bright, vibrant hue with muted neutrals – giving the boldest shade the spotlight. However, I urge you to take it a step further and pack your palette full of punchy colors that complement each other, yet make an incredible statement.
Play around with geometric shapes, wallpapers, abstract art, and funky florals that will make your event Instagram-worthy.

Modern, Cozy Minimalism
Maximalism was all the rage in 2023, but minimalism will see a return in terms of decor pieces and overall design. Think clean lines yet cozy spaces, regardless of color palette. This look lends itself to making your event look uncluttered and modern.
To pull this off, consider opting for warm, simplistic lighting and classic yet comforting tablescapes. If you’re really wanting something more understated, I highly recommend going the monochromatic route and focusing heavily on textures to do the talking.
