Forest & Fairytale Book Themed Event Decor
When designing celebrations for Christenings, I love the creative challenge of creating an atmosphere that honors this special moment in childhood while also being stylish and sophisticated for all in attendance. For the recent Christening celebration hosted by my dear friend Anna and her family, we chose a whimsical book theme. I created tree-like centerpieces filled with greenery, hanging tulips and pages from books. Book pages were artfully folded and used as table top decor. Organic wooden accents came from the tables, chairs, chargers and flatware, and lush ferns and other greenery gave the feeling of being in a magical forest. It was a beautiful day and I just love how all the creative details came together!
